Kussama is a sweet and kind mare. She is shy and cautious but very eager to learn. She came from one  of our partner rescues down south. In her earlier years, she was a feral horse and part of a free roaming herd. She will be a fun project for someone looking for a challenge as a training project as she can be nervous and flighty and has a strong fear response. She has had many hours of ground work but would do best in a calmer setting and daily one on one attention. She will continue light training while she is here but she is hoping to meet her perfect match to help her succeed. 

Kussama is not broke to ride yet but enjoys grooming and attention. She is up to date on her vet/dental and farrier care. If you think you might be a good match for Kussamas future, please fill out an adoption application!
