Adoption Overview $500

LUNA

LUNA is a gorgeous mare who is looking for a home where she can be a companion (non-riding) to a human and other horses. Luna leads, stands and ties wonderfully. She is great for the vet and farrier. She is sweet and really likes the company of people.

Luna is the dominant horse in the pasture at her foster home and can be protective over her meals. An adopter may need to be prepared to separate her for feedings. An ideal home would have a herd dynamic that Luna could safely fit into.

Luna appears to have some arthritis, but it is currently easily managed with Equioxx once daily. She will need to have regular access to turnout in order to thrive.

Luna is located near Sinks Grove, WV.
