Adoption Overview $5,000

Onyx

Onyx is sweet and soft natured. His level head and confidence out on the trail makes him a great potential for a pleasure rider. He’s athletic, with great conformation. Onyx was started by Monty Roberts as a 2-year-old and earned over $250,000 in his career at the track, before retiring sound. Onyx has spent much of the past year mellowing out and learning to be a horse again – living out in a large group pasture. The star of many of our equine-assisted and horsemanship programs, Onyx is now ready to find his forever home. Onyx would suit a wide range of riders, from novice with trainer to advanced. Could Onyx be your #righthorse?
