Bullwinkle! This cute guy matches his adorable name! Bullwinkle has been very sweet since arriving at Horse and Hound Rescue Foundation. He’s easy to catch, enjoys grooming, and is quickly winning over everyone he meets. Bullwinkle never raced or had any workouts, making him a true clean slate as he starts his next chapter. We are giving Bullwinkle some extra downtime since he is so young. He will be evaluated soon to see where his talents shine.
