Smiling Beast

Smiling Beast is a 2020 Thoroughbred gelding and recent track retiree with a sweet personality and a bright future ahead. He raced five times, earning two wins and a third-place finish, before connections felt he simply was not enjoying racing anymore when brought back for this season. He retired sound and ready for his next chapter.

By Smiling Tiger and out of a Candy Ride (ARG) mare, Smiling Beast combines athleticism with an exceptionally kind disposition. He is a big, handsome gelding with a soft, affectionate personality and wonderful manners. Around the barn he is a true marshmallow who enjoys attention and has quickly won people over.

As a recent arrival, Smiling Beast is currently being restarted under saddle and settling into his new career. Additional information and updates will be available as his training progresses.
