Adoption Overview $1,500

Moose

Moose is a handsome, tall bay Mustang gelding from the Stewart Creek, Wyoming HMA. He was recently adopted as an unhandled horse from Canon City Holding Facility and has been in the Wild Rose training since! He has learned an array of groundwork so far, and is wonderful to handle.

Moose is good for the farrier and vet, easy to catch, has been long-lined, wears a saddle, and has been sat on by a rider. He is still working on saddle training and building up his confidence, but is a friendly boy looking to make new friends! He will continue his training with Wild Rose while he waits for his perfect human to come along. He could go in many different directions and discplines, and could also make a wonderful companion horse, walking buddy, or even liberty partner!

Moose is available for adoption through Wild Rose Mustang Advocacy Group Incorporated, and is currently located in Wellington, Colorado. You are also eligible to receive 5 free lessons via the Adopter Participating Program through Wild Rose!

Please reach out Wild Rose via their website (https://www.wildrosemagic.org/adopt-a-mustang/) for more information and to fill out an adoption application.
