Condition & Current Status: He's carrying a bit too much weight — slightly obese, which we'll be addressing carefully. He's pending a full veterinary workup, so we don't yet have his full health picture. He's also pending an under-saddle evaluation — we know he's been ridden before, but we want to see how he goes under saddle now, in his current condition, before we make any promises about his job or level. This evaluation will also help us gauge his fitness, manners, and suitability for different riders.

Personality & Temperament: From what we can see, he's a sensible, easygoing sort — the type that stands politely while you groom him and doesn't fuss over much. He seems like the kind of horse who wants to please, once he understands the question.

What's Next: The plan is straightforward: get him through his vet workup, address his weight with a sensible feeding and exercise program, and get him evaluated under saddle. Once we know where he stands health-wise and how he goes under saddle, we'll have a much clearer picture of the right home for him.
