Adoption Overview $1,250

Pippin

We are still getting to know this guy and don’t have too much to share yet, what we will say is that Pippin has proven himself to be a sweet and well-mannered little guy. He is gaited and we suspect he is a least partially Rocky Mountain.  He has a kind heart and a great personality and has quickly become a farm favorite. He can be a little shy at first but once he gets to know you, he will follow you anywhere. Upon initial evaluation Pippin has shown us good manners for leading, handling, grooming, and wearing tack, as well as standing great for the vet and farrier. He can be nervous in new situations and takes a few minutes to adjust, so he would require a confident handler who can help him work through his fear. We expect this to improve in time as he has already taken massive steps in his training.  Overall, Pippin is an incredibly sweet pony and shows us more of his personality each day, he has the potential to be a lovely light riding horse with an experienced horseperson who can show him the love he deserves.

Stay tuned for updates!
