Adoption Overview $850

Surprise The Devil

14 year old thoroughbred mare bred in Kentucky Devil His Due (Devil's Bag) out of Southern Surprise by Northern Prospect 15.2 hands. Winner of over $86,000 and 31 starts she was retired in 2014 due to no longer having an interest in racing. She is reported to have no past or current injuries. She did have at least 1 foal in her past. She is suitable to be a companion horse or a lovely trail horse but is versatile enough still to try lower level sport use. She has an amazing personality, great mind and feet. She has been turned out 24/7 with a run in shed for the past 8 years. She rides very well and our rider loved her. She listens and does what is asked of her. She looks great under western tack and will turn heads on the trails or in the ring. Full eval pending.
